Wiggins seemed to perform well in all of his TTs last year irrespective of length or terrain. I suspect he'll be at a similar level to last year maintaining his gap on the GC rivals.
However i expect Martin to return to form if he can stay injury free.
The world's course is supposed to be a bit hilly though isn't it? Therefore setting up contador or maybe kessiakoff to do well there.
Phinney will dominate in the years to come and will do well this year but are hills his thing? Have we seen a true, injury free martin v phinney v canc yet?

2013 will be a great year with very equal competitive top TT riders. Martin will be slightly the best, Canc losing a bit and Phinney nipping at their heels will win his share. Should be very exciting.
