I am pretty sure that is true.

Peter Sagan (in last years Tour)?

Ah, I thought it was first attempt at a given GT. That said when did he first ride a GT?

And now, Mark Cavendish.

Before becoming a professional cyclist Adam Hansen was a computer programmer. While at Omega Pharma-Lotto he realised that the software for tracking logistics for the riders was not very good so decided to write it from the point of view of a cyclist. He is now in the process of trying to sell it to other teams.

A few years old now but a nice little article on what happened to many of the members of the Crédit Agricole team of 1999.

Where are they now?

Let's initially define him as never having finished in the top 5 overall, and not capable of winning bunch sprints, although this definition could be discussed.

Anyone better than Moreno Argentin at 15?

Well, almost. Nino Deflippis was 5th in Le Tour once; no other remarkable GC positions though and he has 18 stages to this name.

As of 2012, Liquigas (As they were) finished the Tour de France with all nine riders making it to Paris. Staggeringly, this is the 11th Grand Tour in a row in which none of their riders abandoned or were disqualified.

To put this into perspective, no other team in the history of the sport have ever managed to finish three Grand Tours in one year with a full team intact each time.

Cavendish is the first world champion to win the final stage of the Tour de France on the Champs Elysseés. However, the race didn’t end on the Champs Elysseés until the mid-70s,

The Belgian Marcel Kint did in 1939 win the final stage of the Tour de France (Which was actually the second stage of the day) into Paris.

Marcel Kint is the only three-time consecutive winner of La Flèche Wallonne.
