I was following it on twitter as best as i could and thank you for posting..by the way no one makes race thread for italian races now? ... Eshnar, come on be a patriot and makes one for every race :D :P ..i used to make some :P

Yeah good win for Pippo and Lampre. Hope he's gonna be consistent this spring. He's been wasting his talent a lot in the past.

A race that doesn't give an attacker the chance to finish it off alone is not a race anymore.

I think Favilli will also do well in the classics for Lampre, he was good last year aswell

Agree, I think Favilli will do very well, even while supporting Pippo. I remember reading a article about him going to Lampre, he sounded very motivated for the season ahead.

Lampre did heaps of work, couldn't have made it easier for Pippo.

Lampre was amazing yesterday, they basically set up a train from -30 to go till the finish.

Pozzato said he is very motivated for the cobble classics, saying that after the dumb mistake of last year Roubaix now he is mature enough to make the right moves.
