Yes.

They propably would/could not demand you to pay them back if so, but if you would put in new money to the account they would go to cover the red figures first.

I had a bad day with the H2Hs.

Most involved in crashes, or just missing from the race in general. A few refunds and a few losses.

Saved my day by picking JVS during the race, with around 35km to go. Almost in rage at how the race had unfolded.

All my best wins this season have come from stage or overall bets: Meyer TdU (41), Gesink Oman (4) Evans T-A (13 and 17), Goss P-N (7) and M-SR (18 and 21), Vino (23) and now Vansummeren (14). Which seems a less sustainable, having to wait around to find semi-outsiders at juicy odds, and having them actually winning. As opposed to consistently picking H2H winners. It will be harder to make money this way in the GTs.

With the H2Hs I think I'm trying to pick too many, too often. Picking too many marginal matchups and just "hoping" that the line calls will balance each other out.

But a lot of it is for the fun of having lots of riders to look out for, or the occasional fanboy selection.

It was 2.50 earlier in the week too.

I thought they would both DNF.

A bit of a round-up. Pais Vasco was on the plus side overall, stages and GC put together. My stage races tend to go well, but one-day races are mostly disastrous except the magnificent Milan - Sanremo. Paris - Roubaix was highly unsuccessful. Two of the h2hs lost on DNFs and Cancellara marked out.

Pais Vasco, overall
Martin over Klöden @ 2.25
Rodriguez over Cunego @ 1.80
Horner over Leipheimer @ 1.83

Stage 6 TT
Intxausti over Hesjedal @ 2
Porte over Leipheimer @ 1.66

Tondo over Gesink @ 2

Paris - Roubaix
Pozzato over Eisel @ 1.72
Ballan over Quinziato @ 1.33
Cancellara @ 2.50
Haussler over Sagan @ 1.65

All bets are roughly the same stakes.

De Brabantse Pijl

Gilbert over Freire @ 1,85 (Victor Chandler)

This should be good if this is not preparation race for Gilbert. It would be good idea to check Pinnys offer when their site works again...

I've got the same one but Bet365 started out in 2,00.

Pinny was around 1,909 earlier today. :-)

Still in good funds after PRB - Boom over Haussler at 4/5.

A modest invest on Gilbert at 2/1 for today.

I'm trying to to talk myself out of Cunego for Amstel at 10/1 but the seed has been planted:)

A nice but modest return on Gilbert today:)

My bookie now has Gilbert at 5/2 fav for Amstel with Cunego drifting at 11/1. Gesink and F Schleck in between. I'm still leaning towards Cunego, logic being Amstel is one of his big goals with LBL one of Gilberts. Not dissin anyone but i see it between those 2 given the form both have shown in the last week.

I've been trying to get a big, big priced winner on the cycling for a while now and have had a few placed but would really like a 100/1 + winner.
And I'm quite exited by Samuel Dumoulin's price for the Amstel, 200/1 with one bookmaker, and 150/1 with two others to be had.

He has said he wants to take the single stage races more seriously and admitted he see's this one as ideal for him.
He is maybe in the form of his life just now with his sprint wins so far this season showing he has great punch in the legs, and he should, hopefully be able to tackle the Cauberg.

A great each way bet for me.

Ok, sorry. I thought you where just a random guy copying their bets, and I didn't like that style. But now I know.

There's better riders around that price with better chances.

Phil seems to be in closer to 3 now on most books.

Still 3.75 at Sportsbet and a bit left at 4 at Betfair.

I like the look of lots of H2H, going to need to be disciplined though to avoid a failure like last week.
