LOOOOOL :D

What a show today... this stage victory for Vino was like the Liege - Bastogne - Liege but this was a solo win... and this was WAY better and more spectacular than that victory...

When I saw El Pistolero sprinting and creating a disorder on the bunch, I was like WHAT THE H...? and I'm pretty sure that a lot of ppl in the bunch was looking at AC like :eek:... if yesterday the tactics worked almost perfectly, today tactics were just PERFECTS...

The one thing that Vino does is he races.

You have specialist who focus on their speciality. You have riders who target specific stages to win. You have sprinters who focus on sprint stages. Vino doesn't really target stages, he attacks when he feels good. Pure instinctive feelings. Grant it, in the past he hasn't been the best teammate, but he is exciting. He is a climber who wins stages on the flats.

He won a stage in the TDF on the Champs-Elysses, a true sprinters stage.
the 06 Vuelta he won Stage 10 (maybe 11), on a flat finish a day after Valverde passed him in sight of the line on a mountain finish.
I still remember his 00 Vuelta stage win where he attacked about 20 km up and made up about a minute and a half and caught Laiseka and one other guy in sight of the line. Nothing tactical, just pure instinct.

THE TDF need riders like Vino, thats what gets people watching to see these type of attacks.

Oh Taylor.. Previously he came across as an idiot, now he comes across as an idiot who doesn't even have the courage of his convictions.

Love Vino and always have done. Joe and the Toto boys sum up the reasons pretty well - in an era where GC guys mark each other until we all doze off in front of our screens and it's perfectly normal to win a GT without winning a stage, having a guy who will always, always attack is amazing :D

Well... as one of the Danish bike-experts put it; Vino is so "crazy" in his riding nothing he does is a surprise.
It has reached my attention that some people seem to think I would make a good mod.
Forget it! It's not gonna happen. EVER!

Vino is having a great come-back year and I am happy for him. Two consecutive hard-days racing is very impressive. To put into context, he was in the hunt for two consecutive stage wins. Not bad, Vino!

There is a age old saying - Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me

99% of people on this board may be gullable but im certainly not - its a bit like your hiring for a company and you hire someone who got sacked by his previous work for frauding that company. Or a law firm hiring someone who was disembarred from working as a lawer previously.

After getting rilled up last night I realise if you want to believe he has learnt his less well there is nothing I can do about it - just dont come crying on the forum when it blows up in your face

Hahaha...... Wonderlance has a girlfriend.

what you're seeing now is the difference between cycling fans and fanboys (or girls)
I'm not scared of getting oiled up and showing myself like that. I enjoyed it and I understand lots of my female fans did too….
