I will die on the hill of "he's using a motor" alongside chemical assistance if I have to. That's the only way I can see him being so metronome like. All the other top riders (who are on the gas) still have natural peaks and troughs of form.
My wild imagination sees the motor tech improving...
It's pretty clear as day that he's doping but my mind always circles back to why he didn't compete at the Olympics. And its the simple fact they hold samples for 10yrs.
That speaks volumes to me that everyone else felt it was fine to compete yet ET thought it was too much of a risk. Obviously...
I feel like the cycling fandom is finally cottoning on. Seen lots more "doper" posts on twitter. I mean you'd have to literally have your head in the clouds to think otherwise.
Until the UCI take away one of Pogacar/Del Toros/Wellens bike immediately after they cross the finish line, saw the frame and wheels in half on live tv to prove innocence. Can you then begin to convince me they aren't motor doping.
He's obviously got something devious planned to overcome MVDP. Maybe the bikes motor has a couple more watts in it this year, he won't need to crash then.
I think what we have to remember through all this is that UAEs performances look so over the top because we are also assuming that the majority of other teams also have programmes.
I also find it laughable to suggest a world tour pro isn't "dedicating themselves fully" they are being paid...
