    Lesser known races 2026 edition

Yeah fair enough. I forgot about Magnier because as a junior he seemed very talented, but not necessarily as a sprinter. Then once he turned pro he was there as a sprinter. But he should be counted as a top-sprinter coming through yes.

    Lesser known races 2026 edition

Has been some time since we saw some very good sprint talents coming through. But Crabbe and Magagnotti both have some serious pace and could become big names in the future. Magagnotti might be even more impressive as as first year U23 racer. But Crabbe might have a lot of room for improvement...

    Lesser known races 2026 edition

Crabbe has all the makings of a future top sprinter for me. Super impressive to have four victories already in April riding for a smaller PCT team like Flanders.

    Liège - Bastogne - Liège 2026, one-day monument, 26th April

Smart thing to do for Remco would be to drop back.

    Liège - Bastogne - Liège 2026, one-day monument, 26th April

Remco has only one domestique and outside that he has to hope that others will continue riding with him. Pogacar and Seixas combined have 14 domestiques left probably of which a couple should make it until the Redoute. So this is definitely far from over. But we should be very happy that it is...

Teams & Riders Giulio Pellizzari: Super Sub

There are lies, damned lies and statistics. One could also say that in the two most recent additions 50% of the people that podiumed the Tour of the Alps ended up in the top-5 of the Giro, while all of those riders started the Giro as sub-favorites at best. And then the Tour of the Alps looks...

Teams & Riders Giulio Pellizzari: Super Sub

Why would Bora care if he is stronger than Roglic? Only situation in which that could become a problem is when Pellizzari is the strongest rider in the race and Roglic the second strongest rider in the race. In any other case it is only good the team to let the road decide. By the way, I am...

    Liège - Bastogne - Liège 2026, one-day monument, 26th April

Pogacar will definitely be the strongest rider in the race again. The thing we can hope for is that Seixas and Evenepoel are both of similar strenght and that through cooperation they can bridge the gap to Pogacar after the Redoute in similar fashion Evenepoel closer the gap to Pogacar in Amstel...

Paul Seixas: Tour de France Winner 2031

I think the pressure has not increased after today. I think that already after Strade he has expected from himself that he can beat everybody besides Pogacar, Vingegaard and maybe on some races Evenepoel. That probably hasnt changed much. Maybe he has hopes of challenging Vingegaard but I...

La Flèche Wallonne 2026, 22nd April

While Seixas is maybe not a real alien yet, he is definitely the rider present that has shown a lot of signs of becoming one. Clear favorite for me here, if he is capable of producing the efforts that got him clear of everybody except Pogacar in previous races he will win this one against the...

Teams & Riders King Albert I of Denmark thread

Very good to see him at this level after quite a unlucky and therefore poor start to the season. At only 19 years he looks to become a superb rider for these races.
