Maybe he just had some allergy problems and used it to decongest his nose and sinuses before the TT. The decongesting action is quite remarkable ;)

stage 3 will be shortend to 117 km. There were some rocks falling down the north side of the gotthard some days ago. Now we will see an ascent on the southside up the tremola and down again on the normal street.
