    Certainly true. They spend a lot of time documenting the delays in the case, and less time documenting their reasoning. My question: the blood sample on the morning of the 20th seems damning on the surface. Contador would have to have claimed that he ate the contaminated meat on the morning...

    Each of the big leaders has put themselves on the line at different points in the race. Absolutely thrilling and surprising throughout. And still not decided. My favorite highlight (so far) is still the race between Evans and Contador at the finish of stage 4.

    Thanks for providing some genuine analysis of the race. I agree with everything you say here, although it did seem that Sky at one point in the last few km attempted to open a line, but just didn't have the physical strength.

    Stage 8 I'm going to lay against Contador to finish in the top 3 today. I'm sure he could take it if he wanted, but it seems a better strategy for him is to hold off taking yellow a while longer, so expecting a bunch finish of the big GC men as in stage 7

    Can anyone explain how head-to-head works, esp on betfair? In particular if both riders get the same time, what happens with bet and lay? e.g. Armstrong v Contador. If both got the same time, as you would expect, would I be paid off if I laid against one of them? Probably not sounds too easy.
