His interview on the warm down bike was almost painful to watch today. But then, this is what you should look like at the end of a stage like that. Last interview in this clip View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hP0YPXTfWkg

I see there was a roadside supporter waving an Onley Fans board today. Another fine result for Oscar. Looked like he suffered a bit today though.

Another day done. Keeping fingers crossed that he can maintain this level. I think he needs to forget about a stage win now with top 5 in his grasp. He'd need a lot to go his way to land on the podium and Lipo looks a stronger bet for that just now I think, but, who knows.

Another fantastic ride, outsprinting Remco and Vauquelin for 3rd and going to 7th on GC. With MVP ahead of him, that's effectively 6th. I hope he can hang in there and avoid a bad day.

What a great effort today, keeping the very best company. As said above, he will ship time tomorrow, but on this form, if he can avoid the dreaded bad day, top 10 is a realistic aim.

The most surprising thing about this thread to me is that I started it.

Cracking race this week. Shame, he lost that time on stage 1. But he'd not have beaten Almeida anyway. It does bode well for the Tour. Oh, and he is in profit in the CQ game too.

    Romain Bardet Discussion Thread

I don't mind saying that I shed tears watching that. Romain was the first rider I made athread about. This thread, obviously. I fell in love with him as a rider back then, and I love him still. A true racer, and a principled one throughout. An intelligent and thoughtful man too. Enjoy your...

    Giro d'Italia Giro d'Italia 2025 stage 20: Verrès – Sestrière, 205 km

That will be in the memory for a long time. One of the most epic stages I have watched in nearly 40 years of watching cycling. I don't think anyone could have envisaged Yates breaking the Finestre record after the last few days. So hats off to him and to Visma (with gritted teeth) for having a...
