    Who can stop Boonen?

    >2010 Boonen was monstrously good. Well, indeed, you're right he was strong. (His best San Remo result's year) He was just missing the wins, so looking at his palmares it appears he was not in top form. Perhaps it was just others were even better.

    Who can stop Boonen?

All things being equal I can't see Cancellara win Roubaix against Boonen. They had finished together in 2008. Fabian tried several attacks no to avail. A fit Boonen is able to follow anybody on the cobbles. Of course mechanicals/crashes can put him out of contention. Or tactical errors...

So....cav outside time limit but race organisers let him stay in TDF

He should be allowed to continue, but in cases like this everyone outside should lose all their points in every point competition. Why 20 points?? This does not change anything.

Official thread: Should descents be a factor in GC/ are Tour's descents too dangerous

Every descent is dangerous. I did a number of big descents in the Dolomites, where a large number of cyclist passed me, probably lost 15minutes in total going downhill. You should not go faster than what you're comfortable with. Of course Andy & Frank don't want to loose time, but why deny...

What is going on with Andy Schleck?

Come on... Charteau was considered by many not a worthy KOM winner last year, so this year they change the point system. Andy won TdS's KOM in the very same style as Charteau... Scoring easy in a breakaway, and not winning the last mountain of the day. And come on, winning such a...

Carlton kirby - has to go !!

He is a commentator first, and anybody suggesting any ex pro could do a better job, should try it out. It's a very hard job, which has to be learned. Many knowledgeable people tried and failed with providing an enjoyable commentary. Harmon is much better, but I have no problem tolerating...

    31.8 Handlebar - No Taper

Deda Zero 100 does not change it's width across the top. It's height a little bit changes a bit, creating room for the cable(s). Very good bar, I like it.

    Reynolds rzr46 fail

Erm, it's hard to believe it a brand new wheel fail riding on a nice even terrain... Too bad if it really was a manufacturing defect. The wheelset design in general must be good, otherwise pro athletes wouldn't risk using them, would they??

    Horner Vents!

Don't forget he scored a dead ZERO on the UCI suspicion list last year before the Tour. At the same time please note that Armstrong's layers always like to point out that their client was never tested positive and he is the most tested athlete in the world. I hope he fails a test sooner...

    Andy Schleck crying again

I guess it's a PR thing. Leopard is trying to reposition Andy. Too bad, as they effort make Andy spit himself in the face. But probably only a fraction of the total target audience remembers what he really said last year, so PR-wise it's not a bad move.

Why it DOES matter that Lance goes down.

It matters because this man might become the president of the USA one day.

Tour Down Under - Stage 1: Mawson Lakes - Angaston, 138km

Well, Greipel got 2nd, so why bash him for being not good enough?? He was faster than everybody but one. Also, regarding Cavendish, I very well remember his comments about usually winning without 100% effort. He said he did 3 full power sprints in 2009: Milan San Remo and the first and...

    TDF Stage 19 - Saturday, July 24 2010, Bordeaux - Pauillac, 51 km ITT

It will be more than 31sec in the end. Which means chain-gate is not that important. Schleck is not fast. It's Contador who is quite slow...

    Hushovd Impressive

I'd prefer Thor to Cavendish, but Petacchi is way faster than Thor, so Ale should be the winner. Simple as that. :) The neutralized stage to Spa would have been the same for Hushovd, loosing points to Petacchi and Cavendish. It seems that the green is following suit with the polka dot...
