In most professional sports, you can't do what the ASO have done........it's amateur, and picking favourites/ not picking teams you have taken a dislike to. It's the equivalent of the Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM) deciding they don't like AstonMartin, and not allowing them to race the Monaco...
