The next 2 weeks are a fans' wet dream! 2 very aggressive riders in comparable form and a 3rd wild card. I give a slight edge to contador going uphill, but nothing like what we expected pre-race. Nibali has clearly timed his form beautifully and one could expect him to gain some time downhill...

Ironically, contador taking the GC lead yesterday cost him the race. Had froome retained the lead, sky never would have let a break like this go. Contador would easily have taken the time from froome today and... Bingo!

I think Evans will just pip uran, 20-30 seconds in it. Quintana at least another minute back. Hard to know where majka, pozzovivo will end up... Somewhere between uran & nairo I guess
