Richie Porte - what do we know about him?

Pretty hard to give context if you weren't there or haven't seen the course, which was indeed very hilly. Riders hitting 80kmh with the 1st km or so. Hitting 90kmh down one of the hills......I was tracking with GPS. Nah, wouldn't call that hilly. Plus there was a head wind on the way home. If...

Team Ineos (Formerly the Sky thread)

Gee whiz. I thought the whole point of the Clinic forum was to repeat yourself ad nauseam with puerile argument with no facts. I am however, in case you didn't get the point, facetiously suggesting that illness is a credible reason why SKY have so many riders off their game. I don't doubt for...

Team Ineos (Formerly the Sky thread)

Everyone knows that it's not possible to catch colds or viruses in airports, train stations, walking around on the streets, from your friends over coffee, from your family. Never in the history of evolution have people been struck down by viruses at the same time or over an extended 3 month...

Team Ineos (Formerly the Sky thread)

Of course it's suspicious. It's not like the common cold or a virus is contagious. Getting sick for 2 or more weeks is just unheard of in the normal populace. Colds and viruses never spread like wild fire. That's just a lie propagated by SKY. And let's face it, pro riders at the peak of their...

Does Melbourne have the toughest Summer clubs crits in the W

The SKCC Crit circuit at Port Melbourne is flat, but with several tight (and notorious corners). It was very windy on Sunday. The average speed of the race was 48+kmh, so the guys covered about 70+ km. No hills but tight cornering and the wind makes the average speed pretty impressive...

Yeah and not ask the questions in such a soporific manner. But she is a soap box interviewer after all.

    USADA - Armstrong

Lance and his Lawyers will have to be very careful if they pursue Libel claims against anyone. Perhaps Lance and his Lawyers should read about Oscar Wilde's famous lawsuit of the Marquess of Queensberry, which unfortunately for Wilde was his ultimate undoing! And so perhaps for Lance.

Did Vino pay for this victory?

So did Vino manage to pay off the other 30+ riders in the final break to not chase him down? How did he manage that in the sapce of 10 minutes?
