Why (and How) Bert Should Appeal

How did you get these numbers? This study http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/4045696 suggests that an amount of 200 ng would lead to a blood level in the pg/ml range. That's 20 times more than what you claim. Agreed. A value of 200 ng fits well the concentrations found in the urine tests.

Why (and How) Bert Should Appeal

Actually all your theory depends on this value of 100 ng/g. And a value found in a single study does not really make a standard. Rather, in Europe, it looks like the standard is 100 ng per kilo of food.

    Is The Biopassport Dead?

I played a bit with the biological passport app that is available on the app store and I found the margin to dope to be rather small. For example, for hemoglobin, I do not think that they can transfuse more than one blood bag. They may hemodilute to hide doping but then there is the percentage...

Not clear whether it is blood transfusion or "black light" ultraviolet blood irradiation. The latter may not be forbidden.

Sinkewitz feeling the force of omerta?

Not that easy. For hemoglobin and reticulocytes, an athlete can estimate a dosage using the app DataKaizen to see if he will generate a positive. However for IGF-1 and others, an athlete does not know if a given value will trigger a positive.
