are we forgetting something? I would like to know if those roads that host the races are roads paid for with TAX dollars from the public. If so, then that official already has his fee. The proper use of tax dollars is going to be a hot button especially with all the talk of austerity issues...

I send people all over the world through a non profit agency. They work in hospitals, orphanages, schools, water projects, etc. I was in a small cubicle but now am in an office with windows!! No promotion, someone left the department and I stayed late that night and got squatters rights.
