    European Championship 2025: Men’s RR, October 5

First about Indurain: Indurain rode only one WC and won it. He rode one Olympics and aslo won it. He won 8 out of 10 TT's in his reigning Tour de France period 1991-1995. That two he had lost were at the very end of the race where he was many minutes ahead of oppostion, so he probably eased up...

Yes I will say Indurain. He won the biggest races in the world by demolishing people in this discipline, and he did that over and over again. Coppi, Merckx, Hinault, and Anquetil and Cancellara of course. Maybe Moser too.

It's way too early for that claim. There's at least half a dozen guys who earn that recognition more.

Yep, looks a lot like Valverde. He even won Emilia yesterday like Valverde would, he waited and waited, then late surge, and then final sprint. Although endurance is not there yet, and Valverde had that from day one.

Primoz Roglic will attack on Mt.Kigali. Whoever wants to win the race, not named Tadej Pogacar, should try to go with him.

Riders to reach 100 pro wins

It would be interesting to calculate who has the most wins after 30. I guess Roglic would be in top 10.

Remco and Roglic vs the World

Yep, Rogla is still better, but once (or twice) in a lifetime talent still has time to catch up.

    Vuelta a España 2025 discussion

If Roglic shows up, then the podium will be him, Almeida and Vingegaard. I don't know in which order though, it will be tight.
