I think Tony is strong enough to make a top10 in Tour. He was good in the first 2 weeks in 2009. In the third week he had 2 bad days and after he was top 10 in ITT and 2. at Mont Ventoux's stage and he only was 23. Now he is 25 and very decided. He will go to the Tour as a P-N winner. I know...
