Voeckler is currently 1:45 ahead of Cadel in the TdF. It dos not seem to be quite enough time for TV to survive the ITT and stay ahead of Cadel, barring a Cadel fall or mechanical. This year's Criterium du Dauphine (weather was a factor with some rain)...
