AS is the aggressor, the other guys reacted to his attack. Do you expect AC to sit on his wheel and see if the attack will succeed before making his move? Of course not, he is expected to counter attack. AS's chain dropped while he's attacking, AC is focused on making his move.

My guess is UCI is requiring Astana (+ all other teams) to submit modified riders contract to conform to the "now" standard UCI rider/team contract w/c should include 2.15.139 article 8.1.f? If Astana conforms, AC is free to go. If Astana do not conform=no Astana accreditation, AC is also...

maybe shreks is trying the "divide and conquer" technic! A divided astana team will be easier to conquer than a united one. Question is, can he do it? Win over AC or LA having only 50% domestics each of the astana?

when AC attacks in the mountains, LA wont be able to follow but he won't admit to it. Following "team orders" will be his convenient excuse. :D
