Drucker to Cofidis. Didn't see that coming. Why would Bora let that guy go? Such a classy bloke

    Giro d'Italia 2020, stage 15: Rivolto - Piancavallo 185 km

Comments about Almeida this week be like: 1st ITT: "Just good because he started early" 1st Mountaintop: "Already dropped there. Won't last long" every stage between then and second ITT: "Could lose it today, but will definitely lose it in the ITT or on Sunday." 2nd ITT: "He wen't so deep, will...

He crashed in the ITT at Harrogate. Was 4th at first intermediate... I think he will be 2nd tomorrow and there's nothing weird about that.

    The Mad Mads Pedersen Thread

Well.... I'm sure they realized it and noone wanted to come to the line with him. And surely Trentin, Bettiol and Senechal didn't want to. But what do you want to do? He was clearly one of the strongest AND smartest.

    João Almeida - Bota Lume

I doubt that the circumstances accounted for all the seconds he got in the ITT. Bjerg hat same conditions and he's a good ITT rider. In the Tour of Utah last year he was dropped right at the beginning of the biggest climb of the race (can't remember name) and I thought ok he's gone. Then I couldn't believe he still finished top ten. I also just saw that during all...

    32ème édition du Tour de l'Ain (2.1) // August 7th - 9th 2020

If Almeida holds on to his Top 10 today he will have finished Algarve (9th), Burgos (3rd) and l'Ain all in the top 10. Which would actually be pretty incredible for a 1998 neo-pro a couple of years ago. Now with Pogacar, Evenepoel, Bernal this is almost an underperformer :) Curious also to see...

What a surreal startlist. Looking forward to see how Dumoulin is doing. Also one of my favorites after Burgos: Almeida

He caught my eye two years ago already. He had several great performances outside of Portugal. Utah, LBL etc
