Maybe it's just me but doesn't it seem disingenuous and, even more so, disrespectful to his rivals that he so often falls back on excuses as to why he's done badly/lost time etc...? Other riders seem to get on with it, maybe say they the weren't good enough or just keep things to themselves...

I'm actually just looking at it from a neutral perspective. Your reactions are basically backing me up by getting emotive. I'm not supporting Sky or dissing BMC I just think they've spent a lot of money and haven't yet built a cohesive team - but I'm sure by the end of the season things will...

Funny that... if you look at those other teams they go for a target (ie. Cav in Sky's case) and build around their leaders! BMC on the other hand have just seemingly thrown money at the most high profile riders they can and the team building looks like an afterthought. Its hard to be objective...

As with the other poll my first choice isn't here so I'll just say that my favourite is actually Euskaltel closely followed by AG2R (which I almost voted for) I know there are only limited options.

Thanks Hitch. No offense taken. I actually do see your point but I have enjoyed watching TTTs in the GTs and they don't necessarily have a detrimental effect on the racing. That's all I can say really. I guess I'm just playing Devil's advocate.

Hitch I could say your arguments are weird too. I doubt you'd ever accept anything against your own opinion anyway. It would be nice to keep the roof dry though... give you something to sit on while you wait to be rescued! :rolleyes::D

I'm not really trying to justify anything... I can give or take TTTs, I just think a lot of the arguments against are as flawed as you appear to believe the ones for.
