After the fail with Brenner I've never really considered again to select a junior, but seeing how well guys like Seixas are doing and considering how good some prospects from 2008 gen are looking...

I'm losing this game exlusively because of not having Magnier. Bitter as I heavily considered him (ended 20th in the list, penultimate discard). My fellow spaniard Jon and Leadbelly are the others missing him in the top10 (we were the top3 before Magnier started to deliver in big fashion).

He's surely training and rebuilding the form for the 2nd part of the season, like many guys that aren't doing the Tour. I see you want to squeeze that lemon but let the guy take his time... anyhow you won't get much far in the standings :sweatsmile:

I see it different... I think the mtb level is quite high and it generally transfers well to the road. But I think most bikers don't have interest in doing anything in the road and those who give it a try usually do it only as a side job but without a serious focus on it. The mtb at the highest...

Hatherly is starting strong in Arabia... For me the reason to not even consider him seriously, was not age but the recent experience with Koretzky, where he had qualities to do good on the road but didn't really commit with road racing and remained primaly focused on mtb, not even racing at all...

Not my intent to hurry you... my comment was pointing in the direction that Christen, Morgado & Tronchon have scored fairly well and those 3 are differentials with the leader :)
