    iBooks US. Sorry. I did notice downthread that someone had managed to order a hard copy from Amazon US. Normally they won't sell at all to other regions if there are copyright or other issues. Maybe they haven't yet caught up with the UK restriction on the kindle edition either?

    Lost in translation. Yup. I haven't heard or seen this comment in the original French but the French word "enfin" often translate sappropriately to "finally" but the more literal translation is actually to "in the end". "Ultimately tested positive" seems more likely.
