No defence for dopers here. I'm just questioning the morality of the whole system. It seems that it is more than just the riders and teams that need to clean up their act.

I in no way say that the riders are not to blame. Nor am I saying that they should be left alone. My point is the same as that of Shogun: If cycling is serious about cleaning up, the whole system IMO needs to be fixed from top to bottom.
