It's definitely real. The Hagen's Berman NEON US Continental team was in the middle of a training ride when Beiber stepped out into the roadway, not in a crosswalk. BTW, until this year Sean Weide was a PR guy for BMC racing. I believe he's the main PR guy for HB/Neon now.

Yep, same exact design... however I personally believe the darker colours make for a better looking helmet. The blue above looks far darker in person.
