No, they just mean a normal English J sound, rather than a "y" sound ("Yumbo Visma"). Luke Rowe does it as well.

But Ayuso had 1-2 motorbikes less than 2 seconds in front of him on the climb. Seems they needed some wide angle, not zoom. 😏
