I definately understand the point you're making - and I agree with some of it. You are right about him racing competitively all the time (like you pointed out, there aren't many races where he hasn't got a top 10 finish) but I don't think it's hampering him. Everyone suits different training...

If you look at the country rankings Luxembourg's slipped into the top ten... pretty funny seeing as they have three pro riders total - one of which has been in a coma and another who has just broken their collarbone!

Frank had seriously good form coming into the tour, if he can recover quickly he'll be a serious contender.
