Thanks. It has been hot as hell every August when we have been, but this May was unusually cold, and hence the worry. Guess we can leave behind the full finger gloves, baselayers , arm warmers etc.

BTW, We were in France in May and it was really cold [same areas]. DO you think it will warm up for the cols to open by 3rd August?
