Only time Remco had better performance in mountains than 25' Almeida was in TDF 24'. Every other versions of Remco would have been 3rd in this Vuelta. People calling this Vuelta poor competition ... I'm not sure anyone from the Giro would have been close to Almeida. Hindley was close to his peak...
