Re: Froome's obviously in decent shape. He just doesn't have any response when they start kicking. At the moment he just seems to be plodding along at his own pace and not actually losing that much time - it's not like he's getting left down the mountain.

I'm presuming you mean really good by Colombian standards.

It's still at that stage of Le Tour where he's considering himself a challenger for the GC. Once the first proper mountain stage is finished he'll target the punchy stages instead.

Yeah, because everyone who calls Froome 'alien' are doing it out of massive respect for his incredible cycling ability and not for any other reason. I mean, I see on this thread those joking about it are clearly his biggest fans.

Cav will be riding for The Isle of Man with Kennaugh. David Miller and Andy Fenn will be riding for Scotland and could be some sort of factor. The Welsh team lead by Geraint Thomas will be fairly strong too, Luke Rowe is riding too along with some good youngsters. Canada's team is basically...

Yeah, scrub that about Sagan. We're going to see the Cav gurn instead. I already predict he'll be so delighted with his team's work today, best teammates in the world.

Would love to see Teruel winning this stage, not going to happen as it'll be another stroll over the line and an antagonising (for many on this forum) celebration for our Petey.
