    Cortina d'Ampezzo-Milan Winter Olympics

It was a good game by both Canada and Czechia. Canada was clearly outshooting, but Czechia's goal tending was great, so it made a real battle. As a Canadian, I'm happy to see Czechia really put the pressure on since the it's never good going into the finals without having a good close match to...

Best and Worst National Champs jerseys

Simmons might want to tone down the stars and strips a bit lest he become the target for this season's protests.

    State of the Peloton 2026

I'm of the assumption that there's some sort of further Sky/British Cycling *** storm about to go public. So Visma isn't implicated, and wants to stay out of the spot light

Van der Poel stated he did not believe that was intentional.

I think it's just where he is in the pedal stroke that's pressing the rear tire down a bit.

Teams & Riders Official Wout Van Aert thread

Van Aert has always had his best CX performances on a races that demand a 'diesel' effort. So while it's true that he probably needs to race more CX, I think it's more for getting the technical edge back than find some new ability to do those snap accelerations - I don't think that's ever been...

Teams & Riders Derek Gee is the new G

Seen the valuation for $30m and decided no problem . . . or seen the valuation for $30m and decided it's never going to stand up in arbitration? Kind of two slightly different things.

Interesting that Houle is still listed with NSN when he has announced that he'll be riding with Alpecin-Premier Tech next season.

Houle is the sort of rider that every team needs a handful of. The sort of guys who will work their asses off in the parts of the stage before the tv coverage even starts. You can't win without them.

It's enough World Cups that he could theoretically be in contention for the overall.

The other factor with the Ironman is that Ottawa (Wood's home stomping ground) hosts one now.

You forget septic systems. That was my first exposure to Premier Tech outside of cycling. It's seems like an odd line up of things for a cycling team sponsor, but then again it's very much in line with the types of sponsors you'd find on a Belgian team.

The women will likely come to Canada a week and half early early to pick up GP Gatineau in the same trip.

    2026 World Championship routes announced

Mont St. Hillaire. Could be a jumping off point for a break. Especially if the that section of racing south of Montreal happens while it's windy since it's quite exposed. https://www.strava.com/segments/4302245

How many other current riders have been consistently been in the top 5 for the last 10 years? He continues to impress for his consistency.
