Somehow Radio Shack created a whole team from a rider who was coming back for just one more season. And look how great that turned out - gag ! But seriously, was Astana going to keep on paying the bills (large ones considering what Alberto stands to make) if the team became 80% Spanish ? I...

The Too-Old-For-Primetime Players should take their show to some of the many races in the US providing promotion for the sport here and more victories for these guys too far along to remember their wins from the 90's.

Contador is great - at Grand Tours and Paris-Nice. Certainly not the best ever - but he's only 27 and he has another decade to work on that. But, there's the possibility he'll get Schlecked a few times in the coming years - let's hope for many more exciting, competitive Tours like the 2010...
