Who would you like to win the Vuelta 2012?

2012 Vuelta. The Return of the King.

    He replaced Arnold Jeannesson, IIRC.

Saturday, june 16th - Tour de Suisse, stage 8: Bischofszell - Arosa 148km

That's exactly what I was thinking... Let's just hope that's the case. It would awesome to have a lusophone winner for a change.

    2011 Vuelta a España, Stage 19: Noja - Bilbao (158,5km)

Amazing day, always loved Euskaltel and the Basque fans, truly the greatest ones! Hopefully the Vuelta will come to Bilbao again next year, but with Anton wearing the Red Jersey.

    2011 Vuelta a España, Stage 19: Noja - Bilbao (158,5km)

Here hoping the bunch nor Bruseghin won't catch Igor, the Basques deserve this victory! And well done by Cobo, Sky was ridiculous as usual.

Sky/Froome Talk Only (No Way Sky Are Cleans?)

He moved to South Africa as a teenager, but what's your definition of growing up? :p I would even root for the guy if he still represented Kenya, now I just hope he'll be caught.

    2011 Vuelta a Espana Stage 18: Solares - Noja 174,6 km

15 seconds, they'll catch him. :( If they arrive together my bet is Gavazzi... But fight until the end, Sérgio!

    2011 Vuelta a Espana Stage 18: Solares - Noja 174,6 km

11 km, it would be great to see Paulinho win, Portuguese comentators will go crazy again. :p Dammed chasers, I hope they won't get to him.

Sky/Froome Talk Only (No Way Sky Are Cleans?)

At least Cobo is known to be a good climber. With some lesser results, but a good climber. Froome's performance is just nonsensical. And obviously I prefer to see a Spanish rider winning over a Kenyan-turned-Brit. :)

Sky/Froome Talk Only (No Way Sky Are Cleans?)

I don't like to call somebody a cheater when I have no proofs, but Froome's performance it too unbelievable for my taste. Well, at least he won't win the Vuelta (or I hope so!)

Vuelta a Espana Stage 12: Ponteareas - Pontevedra 167,3 km

Great job by Mollema and Kessiakoff. That's what you need to do when you want to win a GT: be attentive. A pity the Nibali couldn't be there also, he missed a great chance to take 5 seconds from Wiggins.

    2011 Vuelta a Espana Stage 7: Almadén --> Talavera de la Reina, 182.9km (26/8)

Not a fan of these kind of finishes myself, but it might be interesting without Cavendish.

    Why Don't I Love Soccer?

I'm from the Cape Verde Islands, one of the dozens of football/soccer-nuts countries. Everyone plays it, boys and girls. Everyone loves it. The "Beautiful Sport" governing body FIFA does everything to assure that the sport can grow everywhere, from Lesotho to Solomon Islands. They have...
