A guy we'll code name Danny Pate? :D

"Unfortunately I never doped" : Benoît Joachim

I read the version on CN and all I could think was "what a moron." Come on, there's no organized doping, yet everyone was introduced to product and doctors. Give me a break. The guy's a buffoon.

Skins launch $2 million law suit against UCI

As much as I want to see the UCI reformed, I'm having trouble finding much demonstrable damage to SKINS. They'll get much more publicity from this stunt than they ever did as a sponsor. Unfortunately, the tactic is pretty transparent. Hope it doesn't backfire.

Kimmage unleashes hell, counter-sues Verbruggen & McQuaid

He will be happy though that I gave to the chiper. :D I wanted to do it weeks ago, but my slow brain took me this long to figure out that you can't see the widget on an iPad. Doh! M

Antonio Rigozzi (doping law professor) says laws were flouted in LA/USASA case

He's b*tching about two things, SOL and dissimilar punishments. USADA has made it clear all along that they would have only gone for titles within the SOL had LA cooperated and helped to bring down be kingpins. Turns out he was one of them. Oops!

The fun begins - SCA now asking for money back...

You are once again, only on a different thread, confusing apples and oranges. This is not a US legal matter. This is a sporting matter. Yes, issues that arise may result in spinoff legal matters. SCA seeking money back is one instance. This is not however US vs. LA. It is a matter of the USADA...

    Sysmex For Sale

I'm no apologist, but implying that finding a beater piece of medical equipment that may sell on the cheap doesn't mean anything. Anyone who cares can look up the product and find that the MSRP was $107k and is now $240k. There's enough real smoking guns that resorting to making sh*t up isn't...

Tygarts angry reaction to UCI criiticism of his kangaroomcourt

Who cares. He got the beat down, quit posting to this thread and it was sinking into oblivion. It's the fate everyone who trys to post those cr*p arguments should expect. Let the thread die.

Tygarts angry reaction to UCI criiticism of his kangaroomcourt

Dude, your argument is severely drifting. THIS IS NOT A US COURT LEGAL MATTER. It is a very clear case of doping. He is being sanctioned by the governing bodies that oversee the very clear cut rules regarding doping of a US licensed cyclist. Any issues related to violation of US law are side...

Tygarts angry reaction to UCI criiticism of his kangaroomcourt

Mountainman, unclear? This was cut directly from the USA Cycling licence application. I could dig up the UCI documents that give WADA ultimate authority on doping, but you need to do a little lifting yourself. I agree to submit to drug testing and to comply with and to be bound by the UCI...

I wanted to simply +1 this, but alas, too short, so... +1 :D

Tygarts angry reaction to UCI criiticism of his kangaroomcourt

This is proof that you're a troll because this statement is simply a lie. It is very clear to EVERYONE INCLUDING THE UCI who has authority. They just don't like it, because now they feel some risk that the sham they've been perpetuating will be exposed.

Drivel! I read every word released by Starks. Nice try!

Tygarts angry reaction to UCI criiticism of his kangaroomcourt

This is a complete non-issue. It is completely erroneous to suggest that WADA and by direct extension through Armstrong's US license, USADA don't have absolute jurisdiction. It is clearly written and was confirmed by Judge Starks. End of story. The only reason that the UCI is throwing this...
