Pointless anecote. I presented with asthma in the 90s. I was given Bricanyl, which I've just looked up and is terbutaline. So (in my case at least) it's not a weird and exotic drug. Quite why my doc chose it I don't know. I don't get asthma any more so I haven't got a repeat prescription...
