this was the day before the 'fat photo'. he doesn't look too bad to me and it's only january.
He actually has really lean legs and body, just a fat face. If we could get a list of the skinfold measurements of every rider in the peleton guaranteed half would be fatter.
You guys should check out a riders palmares before you call them an amatuer. Bos was all class and a very successful rider on the track. He's made one mistake of note on the road and I'm sure jersey-tugging, hand slings and the like are commonplace in the pro peleton, it's only because Impey...
and the Aussie women are 4th ranked country in the womens standings (only 20 points behind 3rd place). I'd say the Australian elite men and women are both on equal terms. There are few standouts in either category... Don't pick on the women.
I would hardly call Graeme Brown's change of line abrupt. Boassen Hagen drifted into Brown which caused him to move his line slightly which then had an effect on Koldo. Cooke and Koldo moved towards each other at the same time and collided. It's a sprint- these things are bound to happpen.
He won a senior world championship on the track this year as well as having won a heap of important races internationally. So he can't win a Tatt's cup or something but he's definitely got enough talent to not be a silly waste of money...
