true story. did a century ride not too long ago and it passes through Sand Mountain in GA... they don't particularly like us cyclists, so some of them decided to put out tacks on the road for us to run flat on.

5'6" and about 60-61 kg depending on whether i just finished a ride or finished 2 plates of food. guess that makes me the hobbit of the bunch.

kudos Mr. Gilbert. Super good ride and a well-deserved win. Got to be one of the most consistent/strongest ends to a racing season I've seen from anyone in a while.

LL and AK could easily be as good or better, but I think LA will be too proud to let either of them take over if it comes down to that. I would've liked Levi more on a different team.

Gesink for me - less ITT kms and more hills. he's really improved the last couple of years, so he'll be one of my dark-horse picks for sure.

we'll all have opinions on this obviously, but I don't think he's reached (or at least shown) his full potential just yet even though he's riding at a level above pretty much everyone else. even if he doesn't "improve" on his performance I still think it's plenty enough to win another Tour...

we're heading to Steamboat for the first time this coming Feb-Mar. always heard great things about your mountain so we're pretty stoked.

I haven't looked up his historical results on lengthier TT's, but I'm assuming he can hold his own for this long. +50km isn't too far-fetched the way he's riding. has he ever entertained the idea in public? i'm sure it's bounced around in his head a time or two...

first off, I'm always been fan of Levi regardless of the negatives others have thought or posted, so this comes with some level of bias. gotta agree with Mambo. I'm sure he knows that this team was being built around Lance, but why not aspire? Others have said that he should man-up and try...
