    Any movie recommendations for weekend?

Anyone who is a fan of the Family Guy tv show has to see Ted, very crude & very funny just what you would expect from Seth & the gang.

Music! What are you listening to now?

I have been loving El Camino from the Black Keys & Waisting Light from the Foo Fighters of late two of the best albums I have picked up in years!. Fave bands would be Metallica, AC/DC, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Live, Green Day & Blink 182. Also dont mind some older stuff from time to time Queen...

2012 Tour de France; Stage 1: Liège → Seraing (198km)

If a breakaway takes the stage could anyone see BMC or Liquigas still pushing vey hard to try & break up the field to maybe gain some time on Wiggins or will the pelaton roll in together not to fussed?

2012 Tour de France; Stage 1: Liège → Seraing (198km)

I think this will be a stage for Goss, EBH or Sagan with Freire as a longshot. I dont think it will be hard enough for the likes of Evans, Phil, Valverde or Vino, stage 3 is better for them!

How to read past ITT's to predict the future: Contador vs Evans

I think if both are on form it could go either way but Contador is more consistent with his tt results while Cadel can be a little hit and miss. In 2012 tdf if Contador rides he wins as I don't think Cadel can match him in mountains.

    Transfers and Rumours 2011 > 2012

Gerrans is becoming a real team w***e, this will be four teams in five years!

How much time do the Schlecks need to find ahead of the ITT ?

If time gaps do not change I would say its 50/50 as to who wins, if Andy gains time today I feel its game over for Cadel and if Cadel can gain any time today odds are Cadel would come out ahead on Saturday.

Cadel Evans, I told you it was his year.

I don't think the tour is over for Cadel but I think it will be very difficult for him to pull it off from this position. My opinian if Cadel does not lose time today to Andy it will be 50/50 for the TT, if he gains time on Andy (unlikley) he should win and if He gives up more time to Andy its...

    2011 Tour de France Stage 16 (18/7/2011): Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux - Gap, 162.5km

Can't see Cav making it to the finish, I think a break will take it if not Gossy, Thor or Phil.

Is there an uglier peddler than Evans?

Its not pretty, but hey whatever works!

Cadel Evans, I told you it was his year.

Well he sure is in a great position, but he still has to ride two more big MTF's, one of those I'm sure he still has nightmare's about from 2008. He seems very calm and is riding very smart. Given the things that have happend with Cadel in the past I am hesitant to say he will win. GO CADEL!!!!

    Your occupation

Greenkeeper at Lakelands Golf Club. Have been doing it for just over ten years, started out in Canberra and moved to the Gold Coast in January because I was sick of the cold Canberra Winters. Love it, working outdoors is great, could not handle a 9-5 office job.

    AFL Thread

Cool, an AFL thread on cyclingnews! I am a Swans fan but do not hold much hope for them this season, second week of finals at best I think. Have also been following the Gold Coast Suns a little this year as they are the local team, plenty of tallent there and they should be a finals team in a...

    Rider Safety - The Solutions?

Less teams, less team members and less media cars and motos in the thick of the action.
