Both yes and no. You are right about the 2011 route. But it was the wild west era. After Banesto/US Postal train. Then Sky/Visma train - so a repeat is unlikely. Well... the sponsors (visma i.e) wants a tour-Worlds double... At least the Giro tries. I think the forum is too hard on the Giro.
