Who are you guys kidding? So all of a sudden Andy Schleck doesn't know how to operate his bike? Come on. That's a ridiculous assertion way too many supposedly intelligent riders have made in this string. Take another look at the tape. I don't see either of Schleck's hands shifting gears...
