I think a breakaway will win the stage, but the important thing is which GC contender will gain on the others. Given the race so far and the conditions in the area, Evans hasn't really faultered and has the skills to take time out on the other GCs, so I voted for Evans - not so much the stage...
Now that Evans is not the clear favourite, the pressure is slightly of him. This usually helps him. So I vote for Evans with Wiggins a very close second.

Evans if he's got the motivation and form. He hasn't done much racing since the Tour. He may want to prove to the Schlecks that the Tour wasn't a fluke and have the psychological advantage for next year.
How is Stuey competing in both the Vuelta and the US Pro Cycling Challenge? I noticed the US P C C start list had disappeared for a couple of days and now reappeared with Stuey still in it. Could someone please convince me that he's not superman.
