Rondel is the latest talent to sign a long-term deal, now with Tudor until 2030. Another Frenchman, Clement Braz Afonso, pens a new two-year extension with FDJ until 2028.

    Paris-Nice 2026, March 8-15

I noticed his bike was orange and black, as opposed to the orange and white of Tarling's. I wonder if that is almost last seasons or a spare, in which case there was maybe not a transponder. Looking at results, no way Tarling would rise up to and drop him, surely he would follow him in until the...

52nd Volta ao Algarve em Bicicleta (18-22 February)

He was very good as a final year U23 at Ronde de l'Isard, not far behind Widar and Liam O'Brien, even beat them both to a stage. Looks like another pure Colombian climber, which is great!

That's 26 riders, Timo De Jong will make 27. One spot left if they go with the 28 rider spots they used for 2025. They've not lost lots of talent (Vermaerke was underused this year and Lund is a loss), but budgetary issues must be a concern given the randomness of what they've brought in. Two...

I agree completely. I don't see a clash for 2026 really, for me Lidl-Trek have a bigger issue splitting Milan and Pedersen if Mads wants a crack at completing the sprinters jersey sets. Ayuso clearly wants the TdF, and whilst Skjelmose could also target that, he only really has one successful GC...

Bit of a step up for him, he was originally meant to be racing with Arkea's devo team for 2026/2027. Had a typically slow first U23 season this year, but a strong junior career. If he fulfils the talent he has, he's a massive get for Cofidis given they don't have a devo team.

They were also in talks with Matteo Scalco, but no contract was signed yet as of a week or so ago when the rumour was reported

Per Marca, Movistar are all set for 2026 and a 27 man team. Quintana already had a contract for 2026, and Arcas, Torres and Oliveira are all to be renewed. No space for Gaviria, Guerreiro, Cimolai or Pedrero...

Going to be interesting to see what else they can bring it with all that is going on. Gee, Riccitello gone, Woods and Fuglsang retired (and Clarke after TDU), Pickrell heading to the Hincapie team allegedly and Ackermann to Jayco. Plus surely not another contract for Froome. Only Askey and...
