Nail in the coffing and end of an era. You wonder about the strategy. The level of the riders today weren't imressive. Vinge was isolated on Hautacam. But it wouldn't have matter, Visma's GC rider is just not good enough. Time for reassessment.

He climbed better last year in the tour.... And that after way worse preperation than this year. Trajectory ain't good to say the least.

That was brutal. A total destruction of the competition. Acutally, he doesn't have any real competition, he is just too good.

Vinge deceived us when he was able to follow Pog's attacks. We hoped he would be closer because we wanted a good fight. But now we know, Dauphine was more indicative of his actual level. And let's be honest that level is a huge step below Pog. In some sense it makes me sad, the epic battle...
