Tour de France Femmes 2025 (July 26th- August 3rd)

Well, exactly this. What AxelHangleck already points out in his link, that PFP diet is managed professionally and sensibly with the help of professional nutritionists. The fact that PFP realizes this, and puts the disclaimer on that approach and does interviews about this subject is already in...

Tour de France Femmes 2025 (July 26th- August 3rd)

If you truly want to adhere to such a nihilistic mindset you can discard any discussion about mental or physical health in professional sport. Fine by me, but I'm glad that teams actually put focus into these matters and that a debate arises. Professional sport athletes are role models and I...

Tour de France Femmes 2025 (July 26th- August 3rd)

That's a bit too simplistic for me. Fact is that for a female body being underweight has way more long term health risks than for a male's counterpart like hormonal changes, loss of periods, let alone what eating disorders can do to the mind. Even PFP herself admits that she was on the limit...

Tour de Pologne 2025, August 4-10

Who were the riders involved in that crash?

Tour de Pologne 2025, August 4-10

Even in the Netherlands we would say this goes a bit too far.

Teams & Riders Team Visma - Lease a Bike

Congrats to winning another grand tour to this team. Van Emden proper trash talking FDJ was funny, also curious to see as PFP riding for a Dutch Team while Vollering riding for a French team.

Tour de France Femmes 2025 (July 26th- August 3rd)

Didn't watch a lot of this TDFF, but those crowds on the road were so great to see. Even yesterday on the first part of the stage with 90 km to go it was absolutely packed on each centimeter next to the road. Women cycling is really on the up. Any data on the TV viewership numbers?

Teams & Riders Official Wout Van Aert thread

The great thing about this win is, it's wins like these that colour someone's career. That WvA is part of theelite group of very best cyclists of his generation you don't have to convince anyone who follow this sport closely. However, beating Pogacar on a stage like that, those are the types of...

Tour de France Femmes 2025 (July 26th- August 3rd)

Quite a funny take if you look at last year's general classification with 10 seconds between number 1 and 3, and 8 minutes between number 1 and 10. Those are differences way tinier than in the Men's Tour.

Teams & Riders Team Visma - Lease a Bike

Van Baarle leaves the team. https://www.wielerflits.nl/nieuws/dylan-van-baarle-vertrekt-bij-visma-lease-a-bike-na-de-pech-van-de-afgelopen-jaren-goed-om-nieuwe-uitdaging-te-hebben/

Who is your favourite rider ?

Wilco Kelderman of course. Man is a metaphor for how to live life. Crashed 254 times in his career, always got up, is cheerful despite never have won a single WT race in his life. Fell in love with the sport in the 2010s era, so riders like Contador, Pinot, Sagan have a soft spot for me as well.

Teams & Riders The Remco Evenepoel is the next Eddy Merckx thread

Albeit with a tiny margin, but both 2023 and 2024 were better years for Evenepoel than 2022 according to PCS. 2024 was even his best.

I regret making the Mou thread

Not only is he an anonymous coward who thrives on online toxicity, today he spouts vile anti-semitism. This guy deserves to be forgotten. View: https://x.com/NairoInGreen/status/1945551218513699065

Tour de France Tour de France 2025 Stage 11: Toulouse – Toulouse (156.8k)

One of the most prominent exponents of this toxicity is an anonymous Twitter account spouting utter aggressive nonsense about rivaling riders and teams. Still that anonymous douchebag is getting his own thread on this forum with already hundreds of messages discussing its prophecies. If we're...

Teams & Riders The Remco Evenepoel is the next Eddy Merckx thread

Quite a hot take on a cycling forum. All jokes aside, I'll reckon he'll be fine, looking thinner than ever and sharp and very proactive in his racing style.
