Brad is actually 28 seconds down. He finished 3 seconds down on stage 2 (plus time bonuses) With Cantwell and Sutton fighting out for time bonuses He could be much closer to a minute down by the time they make it to Gelong for the TT. Can he make up that much on Sutton and Cantwell in only 10km...

Ok...so I dont know much about most of the riders riding, but assuming Wiggo is on top of his game, how much time can he make back in the time trial? its only 10km..... Can he still win the race?
