Season ends somehow mediocore/ not good for Bora this year. To my understanding many riders had a not so good season and are therefore also question marks. Riders which are on the roster next year but had a not so promising season this year are Buchmann (not sure how to use him next season)...

Yes I agree to most of your statement. Nevertheless Algavre and Catalunya was quite Good in my opinion. He was a valuable Team Member and Helper für Higuita there (last One of the Team in some stages). But I agree Rest of the season is underwhelming so far... hope he gets another chance next...

According to Ralph Denk Emil Herzog will join Hagens Berman Axeon next year but has something like a precontract with Bora where he is able to join in 1-2 years.
