    Vuelta a España Vuelta a España 2024, stage 8: Úbeda - Cazorla, 158.7k

Got behind the crash just as the climb started, he had to get off his bike. So a lot of energy expanded to get back to the front group. He was making up time at the end of the climb and passed lots of riders, he looked good.

    Dylan Groenewegen discussion thread

Yeah I understand what you are saying, I think Dekker is probably a backup plan and not necessarily a leadout. I would imagine its van Emden's job to make sure Groenenwegen is in a good position before the final k and then he will have to rely on his positioning and take advantage of other...

    Paris - Nice 2021, March 7 - March 14

You are deflecting, these are your words: 'It feels good. Beautiful to see diplomatic payback also has a place in cycling.' Like I said if you enjoy the misfortune of others which entails the strongest rider falling and getting hurt, riding kilometers solo with multiple abrasions, then I...

    Paris - Nice 2021, March 7 - March 14

Cycling is a brutal and demanding sport. I can't imagine enjoying riders getting hurt especially with recent emphasis on rider safety. It kind of tells a lot about what kind of person you are, enjoying the misfortune of others is just a sad viewpoint in life.

Agreed, but calling it karma or cheering when a rider falls is just pathetic.

I disagree, he had to speed to overtake Nizzolo en Demare but his positioning needs work which is understandable, these other guys have been sprinting on the road for a longer period of time. He desperarately needed a leadout man.

Alright boys I have seen a lot in cycling over 20 years , but this might be too much for me to take. How is this even possible?

    Tour de France 2017 stage 4: Mondorf-les-Bains-Vittel 207 km

Re: You are a bit stubborn aren't you. If you get pushed into the barrier, wouldn't the most logical action be leaning towards the other side, hence why Cavendish was off balance and leans into Sagan?

    Tour de France 2017 stage 4: Mondorf-les-Bains-Vittel 207 km

Re: Tour de France 2017 stage 4: Mondorf-les-Bains-Vittel 20 Well in this case, the things getting too tight you are referring to is directly caused by the massive deviation from Sagan towards the barrier. Like I said they were riding right next to each other in the middle of the road and...

    Tour de France 2017 stage 4: Mondorf-les-Bains-Vittel 207 km

Re: Tour de France 2017 stage 4: Mondorf-les-Bains-Vittel 20 Nice way to show your bias. Please explain how Cavendish is reckless. He was right next to Sagan and they were exactly in the middle of the road, then Sagan deviated far more to the right than he needed to forcing Cav into the...
