    Fork Juddering under braking

The maker of my custom cx frame (Marinoni, Montreal) explained that I would not have fork shudder if I fitted a mini-v brake on the front. I have a Trigon carbon fork (same fork as a Ritchey WCS). I fitted a Tektro Mini-v (only $14) and so far, after about 6 months of riding the bike, zero...

    Who rides track?

Who here rides track? I ride the Forest City Velodrome in London, Ontario Canada. I don't race but just ride recreationally in the colder months to keep fit. It's an indoor velodrome, wooden (smooth plywood sheeting), 138 metres around and 50 degrees steep.

    Tires for Eroica Toscana

I mostly ride dirt & gravel roads up here in Canada (they're so quiet!) so I took great interest in the Eroica this past two years. I can't remember brand names but a couple of the reports stated that they used nothing special for tires - 23 and 25mm stuff. After all, they only do 57k on dirt...
