I think that before the Tour he was quite certain to try and do the Giro/Vuelta in 2011, but after a less than convincing victory I reckon he will want to stamp some authority next year in the Tour. Plus if you are a sponsor putting in millions of pounds which race do you want him to be aiming...

i think AC can have a bad day but Giro 08 showed he can limit his losses when not on song

Cav has said he won't go for intermediate sprints as there are not enough points for using all his team to set him up

I didn't realise the last climb tomorrow is this steep, think tomorrow will be brutal, will be interesting to see who attacks and when,

maybe basso and kreuziger might try something here
